House System

The House System at Guwahati Airport School (GAS) plays a vital role in fostering teamwork, leadership, healthy competition, discipline, and a sense of belonging among students. The school is divided into four houses, each representing a distinct core value and identity: SATYA (Blue), SAHAS (Red), SAMRIDHI (Purple), and SEWA (Teal).

Each house is led by a House Captain and guided by a designated teacher serving as the House Master or House Mistress. Throughout the academic year, students earn points through their participation and performance in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, inter-house competitions, games, and sports. These activities encourage students to develop their talents, demonstrate sportsmanship, and uphold the values represented by their respective houses. At the end of the academic year, the house that accumulates the highest number of points is awarded the Running Trophy, recognising its outstanding performance, collective effort, and commitment to excellence.
