On the occasion of the commencement of 75 years of the Constitution, Mr. Shyam Hari Dubey, Sub-Inspector, CISF (Ex- Serviceman) visited Guwahati Airport School and conducted an informative session for the students. He provided an insightful overview of the Indian Constitution, elaborating on its formation, the principles on which it was established, and the various rules and regulations that govern our nation. The session helped students gain a deeper understanding of the significance of the Constitution and its role in upholding the democratic framework of India.

I began my journey with the Airport Institution on 21st August 2012, marking the beginning of a fulfilling and inspiring career in education. Each passing year has helped me grow both as a teacher and as a lifelong learner shaping my approach to teaching with creativity and compassion. In January 2022, I became a part of Guwahati Airport School, which provided me with new opportunities to explore innovative methods of teaching and to contribute meaningfully to the school’s vision and development. This journey of more than a decade has been filled with learning, dedication, and countless memorable moments with students. Teaching, for me, has always been more than a profession, it’s a passion that continues to inspire me every single day.
I took my admission at Guwahati Airport School in the year 2023 in Class 7, eager to experience something new. At that time, the institution was under the guidance of our most loving Principal, Olivia Ma’am. Currently, the school is led by our respected Principal, Bidisha Dutta Ma’am. My journey during these two years was memorable and enriching. I made many friends and built a good rapport with the teachers and staff. The most important thing I have learned here is the confidence to speak in front of a large audience. I have always enjoyed participating in class activities and was particularly good at answering quiz questions. Everyone appreciated my enthusiasm during the class assemblies. For my active participation, I was even given the title of Quiz Master by Jury Ma’am, who was also my house In-charge. As I belonged to the Green House, and my house teacher was always supportive and encouraging. My time at Guwahati Airport School has truly been a wonderful experience, filled with learning, friendship, and growth.
When my son Ayush Bordoloi started studying in Guwahati Airport School since 2022 in class Nursery. Initially there was no proper infrastructure. As I am working outside Guwahati and away from home my wife takes care of our son. I want to express my gratitude towards Principal Madam, all Teachers and staff for the support and guidance given to us. We are happy that students are learning through activities. There is immense improvement noticed in our son. Special Thanks to Adani Foundation.
I joined GAS in 2024 as a PRT and quickly recognized the school's commitment to growth. The numerous opportunities provided allowed me to significantly enhance my skills and teaching techniques. My eventual transition and growth into the role of a Coordinator have been a valuable and extensive learning journey under the guidance of the Principal Bidisha Dutta, contributing greatly to my career development.
